I have observed elections in the following countries. Russia – since 2011, Poland – 2018, Sweden – 2019, Montenegro – 2020, Moldova – 2020, Kazakhstan – 2022, Slovakia – 2022, Estonia – 2023, Armenia – 2018, 2021, 2023, Turkey – 2023, Bulgaria – 2024 and Azerbaijan – 2024.

There were three types of observations: classical EOM with visiting PSs (STO or a part of CT), using data analysis only and using video only. Sometimes it is a mix of them, sometimes it's a disaster, like happened to be in Kazakhstan.

I was a part of a team and using programming skills managed to use official broadcast from PSs to help to understand complex situations described by STOs. I was able to find a way to look into the past of official broadcast, so the team was watching and recording video episodes right after signal got from observer. In addition, the script was checking every camera state minutely and thus identified blackout effect during counting as 2% of cameras. Not only were specific forms used to assess the quality of the broadcasting instrument as an observer's tool, but video was also used to analyze common violations, such as family voting, by four video observers. It was a classical EOM as well, the difference is that there were two rounds of election and there was an opportunity to visit CEC sessions and ask them a set of questions concerning findings of discrepancies in data. My main role was Data Analyst, mission findings are published at ENEMO website.

This was not a classical mission, but rather a task to assist our Armenian colleagues in using official videos for observation. Detailed monitoring of the state of the cameras helped us identify the exact polling stations affected by a large power outage. Later, our partners were able to prove that the outage had no statistically significant effect on the results.

It was a pure mathematical investigation, that was able to find truth using official data only. I got 100% correct new electoral data using pure mathematics, SAT instrument. Website of the investigation (ru), technical article (ru), article in Novaya Gazeta.

Using the enormous archive of official videos from PSs and AI instrument «Revizor» it was found out that 17 million of votes to United Russia party was totally fake. The Parliament, which started the war, was not elected in a fair way, United Russia got less votes by themselves than was stuffed. Article at Meduza (en) and Russian version.

Using AI instrument «Revizor» it was proven that Putin's election in 2018 was with great confidence illegitimate by the sense and word of the electoral legislation. Article at Novaya Gazeta Europe (en) and Russian version.

Using official video from PSs and official results' data I was able to determine exact part of electoral commissions, which are involved in electoral fraud. Using it I showed that according to the law, that elections should be claimed illegal, illegitimate. Meduza article (ru).
